Location was decent. It wasn’t clear from the beginning that this is only a truck location and there is not an office on site. It wasn’t clear in the process for the key so I had to call. Once I figured it out, it was great

It was very confusing bc on the app it gave you an option to have someone help you. When we got there no none was there. I called the number in the app and they had me waiting for 15 min and then I ended calling the number on google for the location. I did the check in online so it can be faster bc I needed to go asap and still waited for another 15 min bc they had to go thru the contract again and had to repeat what I had done online. I wasted a little of 30 min just to get the U-Haul and still got charge the same. Very disappointed
Ana II prefer a location that has a person I can talk with. I was able to do all the tasks asked for, but it was a little confusing. I had not realized what needed to be done, so I had not done anything before arriving at the site.
