Very easy pick up and drop off
Jane AI wanted to pick up the car at 7:00 a.m. in the morning I went there by 7:04 and then when I open the app and started you know doing the necessary processes. When I went to get the keys the key lock wasn't working. I was standing there for like more than I don't know. 40 minutes before anything happened. I took 40 minutes from me to pick up that truck. I was shivering it was below 30° f. I thought it will be fast but it wasn't. The pickup was the worst. I love U-Haul but this time the pickup was the worst.
