trailer was very old and immediately smelled of mildew whe the doors were opened. I’m certainly glad that we only had our foods inside it for several hours and not overnight!! This is not typical of my many past U Haul rental experiences.

This location was closed when we arrived to drop off the rental. We used the drop off box to return the key and rental agreement. I wish I could rate the overall experience but I'm sure I would be equally pleased with them as I was with the pick up location.

I drove my uhaul 2 miles round-trip . I did not get my help in loading, I called the rep that I was not needing it. Why was I charged $25.00+tax when I only drove it 2 miles? I checked out the truck Thursday at 4 pm l kept the truck Fri night, and returned it Saturday 1.00 pm l plan on using uhaul every other weekend. While picking up the truck there was a loud argument between your rep and a very upset customer. It escalated when you're rep asked him to excuse himself for me to sit down. He stared at me quite a bit. It was very unnerving.

The box area had duct tape covering a hole. It rained after the truck was packed. A significant amount of water entered the storage area, soaking a piece of furniture. The site was not open when truck was returned to show attendant.

No one was there. There was not enough room to park the truck. I received a phone call from another location saying I hadn't returned the truck a day after I returned it. I returned it to the location on the contract.

The person who was at the location was very unfriendly. When I arrived there was no one else there but the man refused get up and inspect the vehicle to check me in. I asked if he wanted me to do the online check-in but he said no, he would email me the receipt. I went outside and started photographing the vehicle to have record that there was no damage when I returned it and he came outside and yelled at me, "Is there a problem?" You would think since he had gotten up and was out there yelling at me he could have checked the truck in at that time, but it took him a day and a half to send me the receipt, and when he finally did there was a cleaning charge of $25 added to my account. I, of course, called customer service and complained, and the $25 was refunded to me. Lesson: If you can avoid using this location do, and if you have to use this location be sure to take LOTS of pictures to cover yourself.

No one was there but there was also no real place to park the uhaul when leaving it and it was difficult to get through on uhaul phone number to get help.

The service here was great - the gentleman was efficient and friendly. The only issue was that the jack on the trailer had been stolen so I had to keep the trailer hooked up until everything had been unloaded.

The only thing I found to be less than satisfactory was how grumpy the gentleman at this location was. I understand the computer was frustrating him, but I felt that his frustration was directed towards me a bit. All in all, he was polite.
