If they are going to have open hours listed, then be open and have someone who can finalize the rent. I started the process at 8:30 am and it was after 4pm before I left the lot with the trailer.

RONALD SI drop the trailer off in this location and a week later I received a email from U-Haul saying I never returned the M/C trailer. So I’ve called M&N to find what was going on and she she hung up on me and blocked my call from calling back, the message said when I would call back it would say “I will call you back m” they never did “ Thank God for U-Haul Corporate that was very helpful…..
