When I called to drop it off, I was told to leave the keys in the Dropbox. There were no keys, I had a trailer rental. After going back and forth about how I didn’t have a truck, I had a trailer. It took 20 mins for them to finally come show me where to drop the trailer off, when I got to the back the guy meeting us was super rude and kept saying “this isn’t my job, I shouldn’t be doing this” after I having to move the trailer by hand and placing it in the spot, I asked if there was any paperwork proving I dropped it off. He said he took pictures and just walked away, then I get an email 5 days later saying it was never dropped off. Called U-Haul just to be told the drop off location never finalized the paperwork.
