-Vehicle/Truck transmission not shifting well -Brake Rotors and Pads need service -Air Conditioning would fluctuate (got cold then hot) -SRS airbag light turned on and off randomly -The truck would shake when accelerating -Bad pickup location to check in to rent the truck ( signal location is not good- took 30 min to check in through the app ) - Did not feel safe driving the truck provided

KIMBERLY MFirst, when we arrived to pick up the truck, the woman who runs the Uhaul counter was not there. It took us 45 minutes to get through the pick up. The truck had over 100,000 miles and would not pick up speed very well and the air conditioner would not blow well (it was an 85 degree day) The Uhaul app was very slow and not easy to use. And no, my name is not Karen. LoL
