This was an unattended drop off. It ultimately went fine, and the problem primarily was with your mobile app. I couldn't check the trailer in as dropped off. I tried for over 20 minutes, but it wouldn't work. Eventually opened a chat session with support, who essentially ended up doing nothing. I called the drop off location the next day, but they were closed (this was expected) and I left a message. I didn't hear anything back from anyone until almost 3 weeks later when I got a text that my rental hadn't been returned. I called the number and the person I spoke to was great. I told them the situation and within a few days I received the final receipt. I selected "no" for clean, helpful, and recommended, but clean and helpful should really be N/A as there was no one there, and it was an outdoor, 24 hour drop off. The signage wasn't great, but the address was correct. In the end, if your mobile app had worked (I had downloaded it just to be able to drop this trailer off, so it was up to date) it would have been fine.
