I dropped it off 1 day early 10/13. Person at store had no idea what to do. Didnt even go and look at trailer. Said her boss would call me. On 10/14 noticed trailer was still on my account as not returned. Called store and was told same thing. "Dont know what to do, boss will call" no call, but at least by the end of the day the rental was off my active list on uhail.com.
