The place was lock and didn’t had a ring bell. I needed to call U-Haul and U-Haul call and requested her to come out. She told me the door of the shop is locked because is dangerous. I told her she make me lost 30 min.

I was told to come to this location to drop off my U-Haul truck, when I got there- there was no key return box. After knocking on the towing truck company's door a security guard answered and he returned the key for us. It was just confusing as to where we return everything.

SHAMEALA MCLEAN UP!!! Pets are fine, but to have scraps of trash in the truck, oil life low(it was a possibility the engine blowing) traveling from WPB to Tampa & cat hair EVERYWHERE is disgusting!
