I changed my drop off time at the last minute, but there was no one there to speak with. The place was actually closed at 1130 a.m. Luckily I was able to figure out what location they were storing their trailers. That area was full of dog crap so taking pictures of my return was a pain trying to keep from stepping in it while snapping pics. It was pretty disgusting. If I do this again I will choose a different location to drop off even if I have to go out of my way.

The car haulers I saw had back straps on them i was told it would have them. He said some of the older ones didn’t. You need to update all the equipment. Luckily I had straps.
