I arrived at the location at my set pick up time. I didn’t receive my U-Haul until one hour later. The store was closed and when I finally did reach a U-Haul representative to help I was provided with incorrect information. Once the store owner came, She was very nice and assisted me.

Great customer service. Rental and return was quick and easy.
STACEY MWe picked a location that was convenient to us but they changed the location...and after filling out all of the information on line, I then had to repeat everything to the woman on the phone because she was not able to be there at our scheduled pick up time. The trucks check engine light was on which delayed our helpers to load the truck. It was all basically a shit show.
