I wasted more then 4 hours because the truck didnt start the battery was dead , this was the worst experience with you guys

ROOSNY DI would recommend a more easy eye view of trucks not tucked away behind store. Also ensure the system is better for other host to help customers looking for there rental.. etc the person didn’t even know which key to give me and there was only one truck there
KEVIN SThe office was not opened it was locked. No one ti help. The keys were in the truck so we took it did our part on line. 200 miles later they tell me I stole the truck technically I had to return to the site.. thankfully it was corrected so I did not return
Cathy MI dropped off my truck rental here and the staff was no help. I then had to wait two weeks for them to check in the truck. I went back and forth with U-Haul and they contacted the business numerous times to check in the vehicle before they actually did it. It was a very sketchy situation and I was worried I would be charged for all the delays.
