To make the experience even better for future customers, adding clearer signage in the pickup area or streamlining the initial verification step could help. I rent the same truck for the last two weeks it remained dirty. And it is not the first time that happened.I normally see 3 different people, a man and 2 women, one of the women, she is mixed, based on my experience on multiple occasions, I think she doesn't treat customer well. That's all I have to say.
