Nice attention
SANTIAGO PThe location Service was good, I used them before and always are very attentive. The only issue this time is that the AC of the van was not working, it was blowing hot air, and it was very uncomfortable driving and working with the van very hot. This is NOT the fault of the location, this is completely lack of maintenance from U-Haul and I want to request a reimbursement of the fee paid for the rental and the insurance.
JUAN VWhen I entered the van, It smelled like whoever drove it last smoked in it very badly I had to drive with both windows down .. Plus the passenger side sun visor..is missing...
LUIS DNo complaints. They attempted to upsell me on a dolly I didn't need, but their service and location are excellent.
