I was scheduled for a 9am pickup. The locacation rep did not show up until 9:30. Also the trailer was parked in a location that was boxed in. Took me quite a while to maneuver trailer out. The rep did not assist in moving any trailers that blocked me in. Also when hooked to my F150 pickup, my computer said the trailer was due maintenance. I don’t know if the rep was over worked or what, but he was not customer friendly.
