Customer service, website/app to work, better counter people, and DON’T overcharge people.

I thought the young man who was the only employee at the site at 11:30 am on Saturday August 17 was trying to juggle too many duties: processing and checking vehicles turned in, getting trucks prepped for people scheduled for pickup, processing rental agreements and payments, just too much for a single employee to handle expeditiously and thoroughly at mid-day on a Saturday. Is it that difficult to pay people enough to be able to afford food, shelter, transportation, childcare so they can be in a position to show up to work. You are not going to be able to attract/maintain a reliable effective work force by working them to extremes for negligible pay.

Truck was an old one, driving a 26 foot truck and power steering was fucking up. Truck also had a strong manure smell in the cargo area. Could have at least power washed the insides.

Everyone in the store was friendly except the manager. She was not helpful or knowledgeable about her equipment and she took her time helping people.

Truck odometer is not working properly. Sacaremento to woodland CA 19.8 miles Woodland Ca to Portland OR 559.6 miles Portland Or to St Helens OR 29.4 miles St Helens OR to Portland Or 29.4 miles Let’s thrown an extra 20 miles for stopping for gas and eating.. Total miles 658.2 Was charged 435.9 over the allowed 682 miles. Truck needs attention for inflation of miles.

The person on staff was amazing. I walked in with a line of 6 people. Why would you only schedule 1 person on a Monday morning at the first of the month. Poor management. Not only that but I saw a customer shoplift a paddle lock and I advised her but there was nothing she could do because the line of people there. I waited 35 min just to get to the counter. So this means what else is missing in the store as your 1 employee had to run outside pull vehicles up or hook up trailers. Very poor management and this also show the lack of care you show for your employee safety. Ye we are in a time where you need two or more onsite to protect one another .

The drop off location is okay and had no problem with the drop off however I was sent to this location which was much further from my home and cost me an extra hour of driving there and back in order to drop it off. There were many other locations that were much closer to my home. I returned the truck with the proper amount of fuel and it still had over 50 miles to go before I reached the limit. I returned the truck 2 days earlier than needed and was hoping I could possibly get a little something back for having some miles left on it and the issues I had during the drive.
