I DID NOT RENT FROM UHAUL. I started receiving text messages about â€œmy rentalâ€ and I was immediately concerned. I tried to call U-Haul customer service and I wasn't about to wait 7 to 10 minutes for a rental I never even made! The next day I received a receipt for my rental. It included my home address, my email, my phone numbers, but the name and the last four digits of the credit card number not mine. On the receipt it said if you had any questions to email 720054_GM@uhaul.com. And I did! This was three days ago and I've not received a reply. I ABSOLUTELY intend to pursue this. Why was my account information used? How is my account accessed by somebody else? There's a huge liability issue here. U-Haul corporate will be hearing from me.
You did a good job here. The drop off process is lousy.
From start to finish the process was very easy and the staff were very nice. They knew exactly what they were doing and I wish more company's trained their employees like the ones at the location I rented from. Thank you.
The overall experience was good. I don't like the repeated reference to an "inconvenience" fee if certain things weren't done by me, the customer, upon returning the vehicle. Telling a customer it would be inconvenient to do your job is not good service. Especially when I complete all the steps to check in a truck so I don't have to wait in line. It's actually inconvenient to customers, but shouldn't be to employees who are being paid for a service. Better to call it a convenience fee- if the customer chooses not to complete certain steps, the employee will do it and charge a fee. I've been in customer service for 25 years-that's my two cents.

Hey, Whoever the bearded man was, bigger guy on Sunday August 30 in the morning. Give this guy a raise. I was about to say never again for UHaul because of the ridiculous policy.... Drop off at 8:43am or it's a $40 fee. Don't drop off until our staff gets here at 9:00am or it's a $20 fee. He was a gentleman, handled it really well. Professionally made me feel great walking out of there. Will definitely return when I need to move anything.
Had a 5 am pick up confirmed the day before. The place never set up the lock box right, called 24/7 hot line they sent me 30 miles away to once again a truck with no key, called again they sent me to a different location, so I could deal with a person directly. It's annoying on a moving day. I booked the truck a month in advance, so this wouldn't happen and all they did was waste my time. For future reference I would never do online check in again, I would deal directly with a person.
Customer Service was outstanding ! Very professional and fast. I turned the trailer in a day early and they adjusted my bill and refunded my funds back into my account the very next day.

Everything far exceeded my expectations for the day! Everything went smoothly from the young lady who made my reservation, to the young man who helped me at the counter to pick up, checking the truck back in was a snap. Employees made the experience a lot better than it could've been. Very helpful and respectful. If only you had one or two more of them because the place was a bit crowded with customers. Usually would prefer the Murray or midvale location because from when I've rented stuff in the past they seemed to have a larger selection and were maybe slightly more efficient. Either way, I was happy with rental.
Just a suggestion to new customers: Reserving the truck and/or trailer online, really cuts down on your "in person" time. Glad that I did it!

Nothing everything is great.
The individual who initially assisted us was rude, unfriendly. Employees not wearing masks, no gloves when driving the vehicle to hand off to me. I spent 5 minutes cleaning with my own clorox wipes to ensure safety. I've used this particular location multiple times in the past but will not be fing back again.

I rented the truck to move a bedroom set I bought for my daughter. When I went to pick up the furniture and got in the box of the truck, it smelled horribly like old garbage. It looked clean when we did the walk around but I didn't get close enough to smell it. I let the store know of the smell when I returned it and was assured that it would be clean before the next rental. Over all, it was an easy and good experience.
Take better care of your employees onsite with more staff or incentives , they deserve it
