Sloppy check in. Did not have the equipment I ordered and paid for to move my stuff. Did not know the difference between utility dolly and furniture pads. I needed rolling furniture dolly, didn’t have so had to carry my stuff. Took a long time to get my truck in the morning which delayed my move.

The gentleman waiting on us made me feel like I was a burden. The side mirror was broken
VANESSA BThe rental van was fine. It was the guy helping me that screwed everything up. I had NO INSURANCE selected on my contract... they added the $15 anyway. Mileage was supposed to be $0.49... they charged me $1.29. He basically DOUBLED my bill with those 2 "errors" (he manually changed them according to Customer Service) Later on that day when I realized I paid $70 for about 6hrs & 22mi, I called Customer Service & they are processing my refund.
JEFFREY WStunk of cigarette smoke, ashes on the driver side door, stick cup holders, stalled out 2 times on a half tank of gas. Was a nauseating experience.
