SHARRON HI was charged double what I was told. Agreed to pick the trailer up on Friday afternoon and return it on Saturday. I was asked what time i thought I would have it back. I replied around 6 pm. I was told that works!! Never was i told I would be charged double if it was not back 24 hours from the time I picked it up!! I return it around 6 pm. Then the next day they charged me for a second day.
MARK PI’ve rented trucks from U-Haul several times before. This was cleanest truck I’ve ever rented. The truck was immaculate in the cab, outside, and in the bed. It ran well. The personnel at the rental location were friendly and helpful. The office was neat and orderly. I would definitely rent from this location again.
