The code to obtain the key was not given to my husband. They spent quite some time trying to figure out where to get the code. A call to U-Haul revealed it should have been provided to them on an orange tag. The rep there realized he had not done this and then gave them the code

EMADUDDIN MUploading pictures on Mobile App was an issue. Once you park the truck in the designated spot with other trucks parked on both sides, it is not possible to get photo showing complete vehicle. It took 15 minutes after parking just on App. with multiple photo uploads
Bharat BFuel tank was nearly empty, parking break and doors were broken. The vehicle needed maintenance and I paid extra for gas. Would not recommend.
