Highly inconvenient and time consuming. The fact that you have to use the mobile app while you’re in store does not sit well. My husband had to call me and my 2 sick kids to the store he was already at so I could download the app and sign out the rental. The whole process took a lot of time and “waiting for approval” page was way too long. Locks were not easy to open and had black grease all over them. Again, time consuming taking all the photos and then having to take the photos upon return in the dark and cold after moving all day. Inefficient to say the least.
