The AT pickup at Rogue Fleet Services LLC went well enough. My wife and I loaded her car on the AT the next morning (Feb 11th) at the hotel. Immediately after securing the car to the AT, my wife noticed the driver's side, rear wheel of the AT was flat. We contacted roadside assistance to install a new tire. The technician arrived approximately 1.5 hrs. after the call to roadside assistance. He changed the tire in approximately 10 minutes. I asked him if he would help me securing the front retention chain to the car and he did so without issue. The contact at Roadside Assistance (Miss Teresa?) was great! She asked the right questions, talked us through the process and periodically checked in with us while we waited for the technician. TOP NOTCH SUPPORT!
