I walked into the Petro to return the truck which is a convenience store, the lady just said to return the keys next door to the liquor store and place them on the counter. So I walked over to the liquor store, walked in and there was nobody in the store despite the sign saying open. No customers and no employees. Seemed very sketchy but I placed the keys on the counter and walked out.

Pickup location is a liquor store. They had to interrupt my checkin process several times to sell liquor. I used the online checkin but they didn't recognize it and had to go through the entire checkin process again. The truck had a broken mirror which was broken where it sat because glass was on the ground below it. I told them about it and they said just take a picture of it. I did not feel comfortable driving it like that so I called the central u haul office and got permission to remove the remaining glass. This truck also pulls to the right badly. I had to drive it like this for over 5 hours to my destination. Not happy.
DALE EThe drop off point where I recieved my Uhaul tried to rip me off. I also got a charge for filling my tank up when I dropped it off with the same amount of fuel that I picked it up with, I have picture and timestamp proof of this.
DANIEL JMy location was changed last minute. The first location was right down the road from my house and the second one was about 20 minutes. I ordered a dolly and there wasn’t one. The location didn’t really seem to know what they were doing and they did not tell me I had a mile limit. Overall I just wasn’t impressed with my U-haul experience.
