We originally booked our haul with a different location. They called and asked if I would mind switching locations to pick up the truck, because the place needed help with their location. I got promised lower rate and gas mileage if I switched locations. So I agreed. I will never do that again. It was a nightmare. Even when I returned the truck. I had to wait over an hour for my deposit back, because Noone could figure out how much it was supposed to be. I recommend when you order a truck at a location, stay with that location. No matter how much they offer you to switch. It's not worth it
Linda CI really have no opinion of this place as it was just a drop off location for me and I did it on a Sunday when no one was available because it was closed. The process of dropping off the truck, depositing the key into the deposit box, and closing out through the app was seamless.
JOEL WThe business in not well kept. (Body shop) looks like a place for a drug dealer not a Uhaul. Asked if I could pick up early day before was told sure. Got there no one there to do Uhaul. Fortunately, an area manager showed up and helped me out.
