The app is very poor quality and hard to use so if a person is doing any after hours pick up or drop off then be very careful because I could not get the app to work for drop off and finally by the time the app was able to work it showed me as dripping off at 12:01 so then I was charged for a whole nother day and I'm not to sure what other charges came from that and now late fee and then late fee for not paying the extra amount and my credit being effected do to this app just not working properly plus what ever pictures are used to check in or out with are not stored on the app so what ever it is the drop off place determines to say u owe for extra gas you can not even prove that is not the case and the gas was left with the same that it was picked up with so the app is a very poor quality for the costumer renting the uhaul
