Before having them go through the videos to unhock the uhaul, do the pictures first. We had to hook it back up in order take the pictures of the inside of the uhaul. The location locator was not on my phone and it took me 40 minutes to figure out how to turn it on. Your directions did not make any sense. That was frustrating.
