The truck was unsafe and totally dirty inside & out, no equipment, customer service was horrible, not professional and not friendly. If in the future if you were to run out of rentals and send me back to this location I would most definitely cancel my reservations.
JASON PHorrible have several complaints
KIMBERLY TI reserved my uhaul 1 week in advance and i was assigned to pick up my box truck on this location and they said they dont have one for me and all they have is a rotation truck. They were charging me $79.99 for only 6 hours plus mileage instead of $39.99 plus mileage. When I was leaving, i stop back at the store to let them know that check engine light is on and the gas is not accurate according to the paper. When i drop the truck off they said it the gas was less than when i got the truck. The frustrating part about it is she charge me $29.99 gas fee without saying anything. She said i was good to go and but i ask about what is my total or a recipe, she immediately replied with i charge you extra $29.00 for gas. I immediately told them that I brought box truck back with exact the amount of gas. And I informed the associates that gas is not accurate before leaving the facility. The place is totally unprofessional and location is filthy. Terrible experience
