First of all, the young woman who was working, could not get the trailer connected to the truck without my help. when I arrived back home, I found the trailer was locked with a padlock. When I called you for help you suggested I return driving across town 20 minutes each way, but then informed me that they would be closed when I got there. I was transferred three times on the phone to find a solution so that I could continue packing. I eventually found someone myself to cut the lock off the trailer. No compensation was offered for this huge inconvenience.
