Really nothing special as it was after hours drop off. I did talk to a representative at the facility who directed me what to do when I dropped off the rental truck.

ANDREW LThe app was not working - because the office was not staffed at my pickup time, it took me over 30 minutes and multiple calls to U-Haul in order to get the codes to enter the facility and take possession of the truck. I was very frustrating and put me way behind schedule. I would advise people not to use this location unless it was during a time when the facility is staffed.
