They should just shut down and have people go to Ukiah customer service sucked. Telephone Customer Service rep Vanessa was obnoxious and rude never experienced anything like that before and I've been a dedicated uhaul customer. Guess its time to change rental services. Even rude to my daughter who rented after I did.

JOHN BThe location provided no after hour drop off ability. Why should I pay for extra days when I would gladly have dropped it off on Sunday? Then, as I arrived about 10 minutes early today, Tuesday, I saw the gates were unlocked and partially open so I opened the gates and parked my trailer only to have the owner BARK and YELL at me about trespassing and breaking into private property! I told him I was only about 10 minutes early and DID NOT BREAK IN. He charged me for an extra day in addition and spewed on about the people at uhaul not knowing what they were doing! I will NEVER rent from this location again and potentially never from uhaul again.
