The truck I picked up was messy. It had boxes and other trash in the back when I first opened it. I had to clean it myself before I could move my items into it.

Barton CJust seem lost and not organized at all cashier had to keep calling some lady. The lady was accessing my reservation while I was trying to complete it total mess
Charles GI had requested two dozen moving blankets. Only one dozen was available when I picked up the truck. I said “ OK. Just make sure that I only get billed for one dozen. “. When i received my online receipt, after returning the truck 12 hours early and with more fuel in it than when I had received it, I was still billed for 2 dozen moving blankets. Is U Haul going to reimburse me for the extra $10 charged? I need another truck in 3 days, but won’t use UHaul, if I get charged for a product that I did not receive. Please reply with a response soon.
