I haven't received my deposit as of yet and I rented a 8ft but charged for 12 ft. Not sure who's running company but I reserved and did checkout online something that I believe is new and they need to fix because it went through on my end as I have screen shots. Anyway arrived ten minutes early for pick-up 315 place closes at 5pm . Place open unlocked but no one around. Two trailers there neitjer are what I reserved actually smaller. I have movers waiting at my house as they on the clock and it's 4 pm now no one around. I called business no one awnsered voice mail full so I proceed to load trailer that I could make work even though it's much smaller. I pulled around to front it's 415 now I waited another fifteen minutes. I'm already into the movers for 80 at this point and I'm owing them more by the minute. I left a note at the business telling them I was not happy that I reserved a trailer and was told it was their and very unhappy about no one their to assist me and costing me a extra 120 in movers fees. So I left about four hours later I get a call from uhaul asking me if I'm still interested in rental and if I could come in next day to pick up. At this point I'm a little confused as I had already reserved it and used express check out and trailer behind me loaded. I told lady I had it and what had happened and she I'm formed me that I still their piece of crap trailer and I could be heading to jail. I have screen shots of all the communication and to threaten a customer because you guys are not competent enough to run a business.. I will never use uhaul again and will never recommend them to anyone after this experience. As far as I see it you guys owe me a couple hundred dollars in unnecessary moving expenses and I may just take you to small claims.

The owner was unkempt, as well as his establishment. We had ordered a furniture dolly in our rental, but did not receive one. The owner casually looked in one or two places for a furniture dolly, and quickly exclaimed that it must have been stolen - oh well. We were told that we would be refunded, and that Pete would call himself, but no one has followed up. Our order was placed on the 10th of July, 18 days in advance, and yet our preferred pickup location in Portland could not be achieved. Our pick up experience is perceived as an major failure on U-Haul's part

When the u haul was rented over the phone the price quoted was not the price at the pick up area. I even asked if this was the total on the phone she said no more monies needed. They assured me that was the total cost,but it wasn't true , called uhaul to no avail I'm not very happy with that part of your business but I'm sure I'm not the only one. The attitude of corporate makes me sick they think they can do as they please!! Maybe someday it will come back to bite them.

Dropped off the Trailer and during normal business hours. There was nobody in the office nor available via phone calls. I called the number for two days and it just went to voice mail. I had to do a "self return" and ask someone to help me lift the trailer off of the hitch. This is not right! I should have not been directed to a facility that is does not have staff...

David's a good and kind fellow. I have dealth with most of the u-Hauls in this area, and the are all equally good. At first I was hesitant about this location because it seemed to be removed from the Roosevelt Trail business area, but everything went smoothly. Before I took off in the rented van, David leaned over and said "have a safe journey." It meant everything to me, and those words stayed with me throughout the lonely move. There were some dents in the van, but David assured me it was all in the system. I had no reason to doubt him and he proved me right. Also a big plus: right next to the Citgo gas station so topping off the gas tank is a breeze. Thanks!

We reserved it in one location and when we got there found that it was actually in a different location. No notice was given whatsoever. Now I get it it was that far up the street maybe 5 or 10 miles but that's not the point. If you're going to have something offered at a certain location it needs to be there or you need to notify us that we can't get it there. This is the first time this has happened and I've been renting these for quite some time so no big deal I guess. But it would seriously put somebody else out I'm sure.

The rental could have been cleaned better there was dog hair all over the seats. Im a dog person so I didn't mind but others might have been upset over the amount of fur on the seats.

From the moment we got to the location it went downhill. We spent almost two hours to finally get the van. This made us late for our appointment on the other end. Was told that I needed my phone but not to complete the whole transaction. Had a real hard time. Won't use this program again. The van was great. Worth the money.
