Not enough miles given and had to pay extra. Miles were not calculated correctly from PU to unloading & Drop off. We took routes recommended and shortest way to our new home.

I was so upset to know that I was charged for the second day when they were the ones who told me that I can get the equipment at 5:30pm Friday, and I can just return it on Sunday for just a one day charge payment, but they still charged me for two days on that! If they didn't give me a wrong information on that, then I should have taken the equipment on Saturday at 8 am rather than at 5:30pm Friday!

person in the counter needs to be courteous to customers, she needs to make sure that equipment being reserved is in stock (double check availability) inform costumer ahead of time when equipment reserved is not available.

Wasn't really Day's fault. Was unable to drop off trailer at 2 other sights so had to return the trailer after hours to a location that was 2 hours back the way we'd come. The place I selected for return via the reservation website was permanently closed. A uhaul phone rep sent us to a second location and hour away which was closed on Saturday. We could not return the trailer there either because the gate was locked and could t leave trailer by road. Rep sent us another hour back to Day's which was also closed by the time we arrived but the gate was open so we left trailer there according to instructions. However 2 months later I received an email that I'd not returned the trailer. It was resolved with the help of 2 excellent phone reps - one in he recovery department but all together not a very good rental experience. Hard to believe a trailer went unaccounted for for over 2 months especially when I had a rep on the phone throughout the process. He had told me that a customer service representative would be calling me to issue a partial refund due to the mix up but that never happened. At least I wasn't charged a late fee. Have rented at Day's previously and service at that time was excellent.

The customer service was poor they gave me one price on the phone and it was a higher price when I got there plus they didn't say anything about a deposit if u were paying with cash then we had the trailer loaded and we were on the road 30 mins and a tire blew due to sun rot it is ironic cause the place I rented it from was a tire shop overall not happy with the service or the price I had to pay
