Gregory SI had a great experience! No criticism except I'd already left with the truck and when I arrived at my destination, I had a text msg from UHaul asking me to take pics of the unit before leaving the parking lot of the storage place, but I'd already left. I almost panicked so that would be my only criticism maybe the attendant should also let us know to do that.
