OMAR PThey kept me waiting for an hour to gice me the keys after the booking completion as they did not receive the contract through email due to U Haul server issue. And even after getting the keys the snow on the windshield is rock solid and I had to clean it myself which is frustrating to do as the snow got stuck to the windshield. Its a horrible experience overall.
