U haul was dirty, trash in the cabin. Had to take the keys and throw the trash out myself. During drop off Their laptop was not working which just dragged on the whole procesd

CHIRAG MThe truck was very dirty and full of mud.
CHIRAG MHad a very unpleasant experience, starting off with vehicle unavailability message just 1 hr prior to the pickup time and then being told nothing can be done, further was re routed to another location for vehicle pickup and had to log extra Km’s because of that with no compensation provided.
