This location was a nightmare to deal with. I had confirmation of my rental and the employee knew nothing about it when I arrived to pick up the rental. Was unable to reach the “owner” or give me their name or number, and even the keys. I had to call U-Haul directly and complain about this issue. They were able to give me the code for the key lockbox and retrieve the keys only to find out it was not for the truck for my reservation. No blankets or dolly was located in the “open” overhead door. This vehicle had damages to it , Windshield was cracked , very unsafe, and was dirty, had garbage in it!
