They do frudent activity in recording the mile out. The receipt mile out and the actual dashboad mile rating was not same. It seemed someone drive previously out of the record and they tried to adjust this with later booking.

DARYL RPaying for gas after paying the rate for the vehicle use was baffling to me. It was my first experience and I did not enjoy it.
ADEWALE HOriginal location was Jo Jo mart and the truck was not there. The gentleman was helpful in contacting U-Haul rep to find out new location. U-Haul was to call me about the change in advance but no call was given. Not locations fault but disappointed with U-Haul for not notifying me
