We dropped off the truck and placed the keys in a drop box. There wasn't anyone there, but it was easy to find the location, where to leave the truck and where the drobox was located.

Easy to locate. Very easy process to drop off. In and out within five minutes.

PHILLIP GI had no issue with this location. However, I made the reservation for Beaumont. It would have been nice to actually have been able to pick up the truck at one of the locations in Beaumont, instead of 30 minutes away.
