Please be on time. Scheduled for 9am pickup. Location closed when I arrived at 9am. Attendant showed up 30 minutes late. On the way to the destination the service tire pressure sensor, service stabilitrack and service traction control warning lights all came on. This caused me an undue amount of stress during my trip while on the road. So, being on time when people have their day planned around a schedule, especially people who are moving furniture all day and then driving back from the location 2 hours each way. Secondly service the vehicles. It is stressful enough to just be driving a rented vehicle, loading furniture and then having to question if the vehicle is even going to make it. Third, the customer does not need to know why you are late. A story of not turning on the alarm is unacceptable and unimportant to the customer. I had a schedule to pick up a vehicle to drive 2 hours, loading furniture, driving 2 hours back and unloading furniture and somehow arrived early to pick up the truck but you had an excuse for being late. It should be made clear verbaly at time of pick up as to going to the app to confirm drop off when the office is closed. The key was put in box an hour before end of rental period. I have the next day received a double bill.
