WILLIAM WI don’t know issue with location or U-Haul but I reserved mover helpers for next day via U-Haul. Yet I was charged additional day even before the movers arrived.
Umit TExcellent customer service! This location went out of the way to provide great customer service. They stayed late on a Friday Night past location hour due to a service failure at another local dealer (a location I will no longer use) I will be conducting business at Everything for Everybody moving forward. U-Haul Customer Service did an amazing job finding us another working piece of equipment the same day!
