Picked up in tall grass on a beach behind a grocery store with no help to hook up and found in long grass. Guy at desk didn’t have much knowledge about u haul. No pre check completed before or while picking up the auto transporter. Booking was booked but mixed up with another customer. Booked 3 months in advance and had to drive out of my way to pick up.
