Very friendly, were actually open a little later than the store hours listed, so I was still able to pick the truck up in person instead of using the app, made the process very easy.

I have physical issues. Set up some chairs so the next customer that has to wait 30 minutes in a two person line doesnt have to STAND there for that amount if time.
THOMAS LThere were two people out when I got there. I called to let them know I was there like it said in the receipt. I had someone come over and take the truck. When I went in, the lady asked about the truck and I told her one of the men had already taken the keys from me to check it out. It was a very quick process. I had cleaned the truck and made sure the gas level was the same as when I got the truck.

KIRK TThis was the 3rd location we were given to pick up the truck after making an online reservation. The dispatch forgot to call or update us on the new location costing us time and driving distance from the original location. There were no clear instructions as to the location of the truck key and we attempted to open the pad lock at the entrance to Cowboy Pitstop for 15-20 minutes before noticing the same padlock on the back of the truck...key was in the back of the truck. Better instructions would've saved time and stress.
