This was the 3rd location we were given to pick up the truck after making an online reservation. The dispatch forgot to call or update us on the new location costing us time and driving distance from the original location. There were no clear instructions as to the location of the truck key and we attempted to open the pad lock at the entrance to Cowboy Pitstop for 15-20 minutes before noticing the same padlock on the back of the truck...key was in the back of the truck. Better instructions would've saved time and stress.

Bryant VBuilt-in navigation system is a must nowadays. I even used Apple Maps with my phone that I cannot mount on the dashboard or windshield because Uhaul hasn’t any.
