I had a reservation for a 15' truck 2 miles from my location and got a call the night before that the people who were to return the truck for my use werent getting in back in time, my options were a 26' WAY TOO BIG, an extra 20miles+ each way, or a 10' 13 miles away, both of the "traffic" agents were very kind and did what they could to make arrangements and at least reduce the price per mile id have to pay but but the fact that i had to make 2 trips and go further resulting in further expense was very frustrating, also the truck had no working lights luckily i got it all done in the daytime
