The location itself was fine; I got there after hours so I didn't interact with anyone. The pick up process using the app is a nightmare. I had scanned my drivers license and uploaded it ahead of time. I got there and had to rescan it; there was a problem with glare but I finally got this done and then because I was out of state (I live by a state line), I had a message that I needed additional information but there was nothing to scan anything. I asked the system how to do that and while I was waiting, it kicked me out for being unresponsive - I was waiting for an answer in the app. I tried going in again and then the app wouldn't work. I called the number and while on hold, the call was dropped. I called back and was told I was late and that was the problem (I had spent 45 minutes dealing with the app so by then I was late). The final person who helped me was very helpful and solved the problem; she had to put me on hold 3 times but she at least was helpful. All told, it took me 60 minutes to get the truck and then I was late to pick up the items I was supposed to pick up. I would hesitate to use U-Haul again.

We had a difficult time finding help at our truck pick up station
Marvin PI was supposed to pick up the truck at 1:30 and everything was online only. Nobody was there to help, I never received the code for the keys for compartments 1 & 2, and the last 2 times that I have rented, I haven't been able to upload ANY before pictures. I had to contact customer service in order to get the codes, but unknowingly, both compartments were unlocked with the codes, but neither had the keys. The agent had to give me the drop box password, which had the keys inside of it because the employees at the location did not bother to take them out. By the time that I left from finally obtaining the keys, it was 2:45, an hour and 15 minutes after I was supposed to have it, and I showed up 15 minutes early. This experience was absolutely horrible and it interfered with my side business and my clients time frame which cost me time and losing out on $100. Though it will cost me more in mileage, I will just go to an actual uhaul facility.
