The owner at the location was very helpful and the only reason this rental happened. The company itself was terrible, its people ambivalent at best and the treatment (other than the owner of this location) bad. They did not care about my reservation (a 10 foot truck) and unilaterally change my equipment (to a 15 foot truck), gave me no other options and said it was an upgrade (even though I did not need the size or additional gas cost), offered me no other adjustments, and basically said take it or leave it. Would never use this company again (but if you do again the owner in woodford is a good guy)
