Mileage discrepancy and was not able to fix, I have proof of what I drove, and didn’t seem to matter, location couldn’t do anything about it. Very frustrating.

KENNETH TThere were two men working there, one was awkward and rude while the other was just whatever and somewhat helpful. I think it is utter BS that U-Haul promotes $19.95 on the rigs largely to be seen and in very small words beneath deceptively states “plus miles/fees”. If we had seen or noted this earlier I would have looked for a different company. What we thought would be a $25-50 rental was $125 for 4 hours because of the 50 miles driven. Way to go U-Haul. I am not impressed or surprised. Big eye roll
