I turned my U-Haul in an hour and a half early on the day it was due. The lady insisted on checking it on herself and when I noticed she still hadn’t check me in I reached out to U-Haul. I was then charged an extra day!! I will not go back to this location!

Jeanie Castillo was very nice and professional but it was choas with paperwork! Waited almost an hour then was told to just take trailer ! Was quoted 25 for a one way but picked up trailer and was charged twice $127 and 145 . Drop off showed 2 way and it was just a bad experience! Lady was asleep at drop off! Had to wake her then she got someone else who had an appointment to go to do she was in a rush and couldn’t help with the charges! I need a refund
