Van was old, lacked power and had 146K miles. It didn't have cruise control or a phone input for a modern phone. That made my trip long. We have rented a similar size (on my wife's Uhaul account) and it was newer and had all of the modern amenities. I was very disappointed with the van because my trip was 9 hours without cruise control or phone inputs.
