The person who was running the business (owner I believe) very very rude, I don't know if he was having a bad day or maybe he doesn't like what he's doing but that's life choices and don't ever treat your customers bad, not good business. Rented a car trailer and trust me I looked elsewhere and if I didn't need it so bad I would have told him to "F' off. Will not be giving any more of my business to this location. F -
DARREN CReservation made for 10A the next day. Equipment not ready. Over thirty minutes of providing the same information to make the reservation, including asking me to estimate the mileage. ID photo tool did not work. Dolly label instructions require attaching temporary tail lights to towed vehicle, when such lights are built into the dolly. Rep argued with me about it, exposing me to liability should an accident occur. Rep also spent a meaningful amount of time interacting with someone who did not have an appointment.
