EDWARD KHave communication with the customer on the actual location of the truck and the one that is ordered available. We did go to Greybull to pick up the truck, and then ended up going to Jackson to pick up the truck that was the proper size. We drove 11 hours to pick up the truck we ordered. Emily (dispatch) was hugely helpful, as was Renae. Fernando, in Worland was also helpful. We ended up being a day behind on our scheduled departure date. We paid for our fuel, the truck fuel, and were a day behind. Please note that the ladies and Fernando were extremely helpful.
