The representative was polite, but only knowledgeable if he could read it from the screen. He he could not answer my questions regarding the drop off location. He did not ask for a picture of the second driver of the vehicle, even when I offered him one. The handtruck was not loaded until I asked for it.. and the place is pretty much used as a mechanic/auto repair shop an absolutely stunk.. I smelled like smoke the entire afternoon.

This location was very helpful, There was a young guy working and he had to call his boss to get help, sense the location has been changed by the previous place that we got you all from. However they were able to figure it out. I give this location an A++
